Services

ochre-isle offers professional business breakfasts with industry experts. Our services include:

Organization of business breakfasts with curated speakers
Facilitation of networking opportunities
Provision of meeting venues and catering

Booking and Payment

When you book an event through our website, you enter into a binding agreement with us. The booking is confirmed via email after we receive your application.

Payment is made according to the instructions provided in the booking confirmation. Full payment must be received at least 5 business days before the event date.

Prices are stated in Swedish Kronor (SEK) and include VAT where applicable.

Cancellation and Refunds

More than 14 days before event: Full refund
7-14 days before event: 50% refund
Less than 7 days before event: No refund

Cancellation must be made in writing via email to [email protected]

Changes to Events

We reserve the right to:

Change speakers if unforeseen circumstances arise
Change the location of an event with at least 7 days' notice
Cancel events if the minimum number of participants is not reached

If we cancel an event, you will receive a full refund or the opportunity to rebook for another occasion.

Participant Responsibility

As a participant, you are expected to:

Behave professionally and respectfully towards other participants and staff
Respect confidentiality when sensitive information is shared
Follow instructions from event organizers

We reserve the right to refuse entry to participants who do not follow these guidelines, without the right to a refund.

Intellectual Property

All content on the website, including text, images, logos, and design, is owned by ochre-isle or our licensors and is protected by copyright law.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use the content without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

ochre-isle is not responsible for:

Indirect damages or consequential losses
Loss of business opportunities or profit
Damages caused by third parties
Technical problems outside our control

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service.

Personal Data

Our handling of personal data is regulated by our Privacy Policy and GDPR Information.

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, war, pandemics, strikes, or government decisions.

Applicable Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes shall primarily be resolved through negotiation. If an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute shall be settled by a Swedish court.
