Our journey began with an observation
After years of working with executive management, we saw a recurring pattern. The most valuable conversations did not take place in boardrooms or during formal presentations.
They arose over breakfast, in smaller groups, when the boundary between speaker and audience blurred. When questions could be asked without time pressure and perspectives could be shared without an agenda.
